• 1 pounds chicken breast
• 1 cups celery
• 2 cups onion
• 4 teaspoons bell pepper
• 1 cans chicken broth
• 1 cans black beans
• 14 1/2 teaspoons ground black pepper
• 3 teaspoons salt
• 15 cups water
• 1 tablespoon bacon grease
• 1/4 tablespoons olive oil
INSTRUCTIONS

1. chop the onions, celery and pepper finely.
2. Brown the venison and chicken together in a medium Dutch oven or stew pot with a dollop of bacon grease or olive oil in the pan.
3. add the veggies when the meat is mostly browned and saute together.
4. add salt, pepper and seasonings.
5. when veggies are browned nicely and softened, add the beans, water, broth, and rice mix.
6. Stir well and allow to simmer about 25 minutes until the rice is done.
